Dear Heavenly Father,

As we remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy every day, we think of how they have followed in the footsteps of your son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Please hold our servicemen and women in your strong arms. Cover them with your sheltering grace and your presence as they stand in the gap for our protection.

We also remember the families of our troops. We ask for your unique blessings to fill their homes, and we pray your peace, provision, and strength will fill their lives.

May the members of our armed forces be supplied with courage to face each day and may they trust in the Lord's mighty power to accomplish each task. Let our military brothers and sisters feel our love and support.

In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Hard at Work

We at Enraptured Embrace have been hard at work on some special quilts made in memory of some very special people.
Our first request came from a woman grieving the loss of her daughter. She was well into her second trimester in her pregnancy when she found out her daughter had passed. She gave us what clothes she had gathered during her pregnancy and we made her a beautiful memento. Something we hope she cherishes for a lifetime. Something we hope will help ease the pain that comes with the loss. Something small but filled with love.

We left on buttons, snaps and little duckie flaps. We also added in the bodice of two adorable dresses. The back is made from the stretchier fabrics and the front is made of all woven fabrics. Our good friend and Enraptured Embrace Volunteer, Mandy, hand binded the entire quilt. Beautiful end result!

We send love to the sweet Momma of little Nataleigha.  Thank you for trusting us with your daughters belongings, and we will keep you and your family in our hearts!
With Love,
Katie, Karie, Krystal, Korin, Tracy and Mandy

This week we remember all babies born sleeping, or whom we've carried but never met, or those we've held but couldn't take home, or the ones that came home but didn't stay. Make this your profile status if u or someone u know has suffered the loss of a baby. The majority won't do it, because unlike cancer, baby loss is still a taboo subject. Break the silence. In memory of all angels too perfect for earth.
In Memory of Stella Grace,  Nataleigha,  Christian Paul, Emily, baby J.B. ,  Joseph, Joshua and many other Angel Babies out there looking over their families with love. xoxo

Change is hard. You fight to hold on. You fight to let go. But in the end, we all know. Change is needed for you to grow.
